After the scalp and hair shaft are lightly dampened with Loc Balance Hydration Mist, apply tonic (shake well before use) directly to the scalp, as well as hair shaft if needed, and massage product in. Apply 2-3 times per week or as needed. CAUTION: Discontinue if irritation occurs. Store in a cool, dry place.
