Fraudulent Orders:

  • Orders that are flagged as fraud will be cancelled, no exceptions.

Shipping & Processing Times:

  • Mind Remedy Shoppe only ships to USA at this time.

  • Processing & Shipping may take up to 5-7 business days.

  • During Black Friday, Cyber Monday, major sales and or National Holidays, order processing may take up to 10-14 business days and will be stated on the site.

  • Customers will receive a separate email with tracking information when the order has shipped.

Refunds:

  • Due to the nature of our products all items purchased are FINAL SALE, we cannot offer returns, exchanges, or refunds at this time. However, we will fix any mistakes made on behalf of the company.

Damaged Products:

  • If the product you received is deemed defective or you receive the wrong product, your order is eligible for an exchange. Please email info@mindremedyshoppe.com within 2 business days of receiving your order, include your name, order/invoice number, and images of the damage.

Return to Sender:

  • Packages that are returned to sender (Mind Remedy Shoppe LLC) will be refunded, however, shipping charges will NOT be refunded.

Lost/Stolen Package:

  • We are not responsible for USPS shipping delays, lost, or stolen packages marked delivered but not received. In the event that this happens, please take your tracking number to your local USPS to file a claim.

Adverse Reaction:

  • If a reaction occurs, please discontinue product and contact your physician immediately. Once you have consulted a physician please contact us with your name, order/invoice number, and before & after pictures at info@mindremedyshoppe.com.

Limitation of Liability:

  • Even if Mind Remedy Shoppe LLC has been advised of such damages, Mind Remedy Shoppe LLC shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the interpretation or misinterpretation of product benefits, the performance of products, and or the use of or the inability to use the products on this site.
